About the apartment
Apartment 37 is situated in the São Lourenço development at the southern end of Quinta Do Lago, and is just a few minutes walk from the São Lourenço golf course and the Rio Formosa Nature Reserve, and about 20 minutes walk along level paths to the wooden bridge leading across the reserve to the sea and miles of white sand beach.

Throughout it has been fitted out to a high standard with marble floors, air-conditioning/heating, comfortable seating and a fully fitted kitchen.

The views from its terrace are breathtakingly beautiful, overlooking a natural lake brimming with wildlife and edged by the golf course.

Kitchen
The kitchen is light and airy and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and all the other appliances you need for a relaxing holiday.

Living room
The living room is decorated in light, summery colours and has a dining area that seats six easily at a large round marble table, with a convenient access hatch to the kitchen fitted with glazed windows.

In the living area two sofas provide comfortable seating and a double sofa bed that can be used as a 'put me up' for an extra two guests if needed.

The television is connected by cable to over 60 satellite channels and various radio staions. There is an air-conditioning unit which doubles as a heating unit in cooler weather.

From the living room, full width glazed doors open on to a deep balcony with table, chairs and a sun/shower awning. The perfect spot to enjoy views of the lake and São Lourenço golf course while you sip a large G&T!

Bedroom 1
On a lower level at the front of the apartment overlooking a garden area, this has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and pine furniture, and an air-conditioning/heater unit.

Bedroom 2
At the rear of the apartment, this has a 2 twin beds (that can also be made up as a double on request) fitted wardrobes and oak furniture and an air-conditioning/heater unit. Full length sliding windows open onto the second terrace with table and chairs for two for those sunny morning breakfasts 'al fresco'.
